The founder
Mario Kruja.
Mario founded NJSD in 2020 after years in the trade. Born and raised in Albania, he apprenticed there before emigrating and eventually landing in Phoenix — and brought with him a standard of finish work that the Arizona market doesn't see often enough.
Today the company specializes in full-home remodels and envelope work across the East Valley — kitchens that survive monsoon humidity, outdoor living that survives July, and casita conversions that actually hold up.
